A temporary
position
that has existed for 36 months or more is immediately converted into a permanent postion.
A
temporary employee
who has occupied the same position for 36 months or more and who meets the
normal requirements
for the position is tranformed into a permament
employee
.
A temporary employee who has less than 36 months in a temporary postion that is to be converted to a permanent one must apply for the position. The position is posted as set out in article 17.
