Yes, CUPEu operates a number of email lists including CUPEUNews (for sending notices to the full CUPEU membership) and CUPEUTalk (for discussions between subscribed members). 

CUPEUNews is a moderated email list and may only be posted to by the vice-president communications and research and the president.

The CUPEUTalk discussion list is open to any CUPEU member.  To join, go to:

          http://cupeu.org/mailman/listinfo/cupeutalk

and followin the instructions.

Please note that CUPEU email lists (CUPEUTalk, CUPEUNews, etc.) are offered by the CUPEU executive committee as a service to the CUPEU membership.  The CUPEU constitution does not oblige the Union to offer any email discussion lists.
