a
permanent employee
receives:
Severance Indemnity
8 months + month for each complete year of service
maximum: 38 months
Tuition waiver
5 to 14 years of service: 30 university credits
15 to 19 years of service: 60 university credits
20+ years of service: 90 university credits
A
temporary employee
receives:
Severance Indemnity
3 months + month for each complete year of service
maximum: 8 months
