When am I entitled to be paid for overtime?
The University is required to pay overtime when an employee works outside his or her regular work schedule (normally 9-5), and the overtime has been approved in advance by the immediate supervisor. For more information, see Article 24.02 of the CUPEU Collective Agreement.
